Refund Policy

At VedSatvik, we take great care in ensuring that every product is prepared, packed, and delivered with the highest standards.

Due to the nature of our products, the following policy applies:

1. No Return Policy

As our products fall under consumable food items, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In case you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

After review, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the product
    or

  • Refund, at our discretion

3. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be applicable in cases where:

  • The product has been opened or partially consumed

  • Taste or preference does not meet individual expectations

  • Incorrect shipping details were provided by the customer

  • Delivery delays caused by external logistics partners

4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The amount will be credited via the original payment method

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible
